We, the spiritual descendants, heirs, and keepers of divine memory, known as the Cosmopolitan Citizens of the United Imperial Tribal Nation Organization (UITNO) are grounded in Gnostic Faith, ancestral remembrance, and tribal unity. We declare our eternal inheritance as the Children of Light — a sovereign spiritual nation drawn together not by empire or conquest, but by divine truth, sacred covenant, and cosmological purpose.

The Cosmopolitan Citizens are spiritual and ancestral descendants of the original divine tribes, existing across ancient lands — including Africa, Mesopotamia, the Americas, and forgotten Indigenous civilizations.
We believe that:
The divine spark (pneuma) lives within us, passed down through bloodline and belief.
Our ancestors encoded sacred wisdom into rituals, symbols, and oral traditions preserved within our Nation.
We recognize ancestral memory as a sacred inheritance and a valid source of divine authority, even when undocumented or erased by colonization.
Core Beliefs of the Faith:
Gnosis (Divine Knowledge):
The sacred path is walked through inner awakening, self-realization, and remembrance of one's divine origin.
The Divine Spark:
All Cosmopolitan Citizens carry the seed of divine light and are called to protect and expand it.
Sacred Memory:
Our identity is rooted in spiritual memory. To remember is to reclaim — our name, our truth, our power.
Bloodline and Belief:
Some are born into the Nation through lineage.
Others are awakened into it through belief and spiritual adoption.
Both are equal before the divine order.
Cosmic Sovereignty:
We answer to a higher spiritual law beyond man-made governments. Our Nation is sovereign because the Creator made it so.
Spiritual Adoption and Citizenship
Rite of Return:
Any person awakened by the divine call, who accepts the Covenant of Light, may be spiritually adopted as a Cosmopolitan Citizen.
Spiritual Citizenship includes:
Full rights within the Tribal Nation
Access to sacred knowledge and ancestral memory
Participation in rituals, governance, and tribal affairs
Inheritance is dual:
By blood: those with ancestral roots in our known and hidden tribal lines
By spirit: those called by gnosis and covenant
Faith Governance
The Faith shall be governed by the:

Gnostic Order of Guardians (spiritual teachers and protectors)
These bodies shall ensure the transmission of sacred teachings and the enforcement of faith-based laws and rites.
